A Personal Invitation
 The three branches of Southern Praying Mantis are from one root. Each has its advantage and is worthy of study. Although, I am first, Kwongsai Jook Lum Temple Mantis, and second, Chu Gar Mantis, both by ceremony and transmission, I am not biased or preferential. They are harmonious and may be taught side by side. The only difference is the depth of the transmission one receives.
If you are interested in training Southern Mantis by DVD or coming to Hong Kong or China to study Southern Mantis, then you may email me directly. I have a class in Guangdong, China and Cheng Chiu Sifu, teaches Chu Gar and Hakka Unicorn culture in Hong Kong. Welcome!
